Task 1:
You recently visited a tourist attraction and were not happy with the service provided. Write a letter to the manager of the tourist attraction. In your letter:
- Explain why you were not happy with the service

- Suggest some solutions to improve the service

Task 2:
Some people believe that the best way to reduce the amount of traffic on the roads is to increase the price of petrol (gasoline). To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think could be effective in reducing traffic congestion?

Secondly, the cleanliness of the attraction was below my expectations. The washrooms were dirty and there was litter in some areas. Lastly, I found the information provided on the signage to be inadequate and confusing.
To improve the service, I suggest that you train your staff members to be more attentive and courteous to the visitors. Also, it is important to ensure that the attraction is kept clean and tidy at all times. Lastly, I recommend that you review the information provided on the signage to make it more clear and informative.

Task 2:
Traffic congestion is a major problem in many cities around the world. Some people believe that increasing the price of petrol (gasoline) is the best way to reduce the amount of traffic on the roads. However, I disagree with this view.
Firstly, increasing the price of petrol will disproportionately affect people on low incomes who rely on their cars for transportation. This could lead to financial hardship for many families. Secondly, it may not be an effective way to reduce traffic congestion, as people may continue to use their cars regardless of the price of petrol.
Instead, I believe that other measures could be more effective in reducing traffic congestion. For example, improving public transportation systems could encourage people to use public transportation instead of driving their cars. Additionally, promoting carpooling and the use of bicycles could also help to reduce the number of cars on the road.
In conclusion, while increasing the price of petrol may be seen as a solution to traffic congestion, it is not a fair or effective way to reduce traffic on the roads. Other measures, such as improving public transportation and promoting sustainable modes of transportation, could be more effective in addressing this issue.
